some turkey chili 3/14

dinner:
bites of mom's leftover panini 3/17
some dipping dots (eeeuw) 3/20
snack: some m&ms 3/23
crudite at spa opening 0/23
wine at spa opening 2oz. 1/24
snack:
last of the blasted foucher chocolate bits 3/27
activity: 40 mins elliptical, yard work, dog putter
flex points abused: none so far, but the day is young
water: 32 oz. so far
vitamin: yup
