Default Holly and Jessica, you may like this workout

I don't mean that anyone else wouldn't like this, sorry! I just thought of Holly and Jessica based on other workouts they've mentioned doing.

I tried Crunch Fat Burning Pilates this morning. I'm not a Pilates convert, but this workout is different. It's a class in the Crunch Fitness studios, and they have a a live drummer, which is really motivating. It's doing Pilates type moves standing up for thirty minutes, then twelve minutes of mat work. The emphasis is on working your core muscles, and also uses some ballet arms-well, the instructor doesn't use ballet terms, but it reminds me of ballet. The workout is really fun. The second part is mat work, which I have trouble with, but I did what I could.

Holly, if you like Minna's Strength and Grace a lot, you may want to try this. I have that Minna workout but haven't attempted it yet.

Sherry,

That sounds like just my style! Especially with the live drummer!

I might just have to check it out. Keep up the good work, girl!

Jessica,

If you go to Collagevideo.com you can see a clip of it. I think you'd also like "Crunch Cardio Salsa" too. I have that also, but haven't tried it yet. That one has a live drummer too.

Hi,

I've been told that Walmart has both Crunch workouts on vhs for only $5.96, and the DVD for only $8.96. But both the Walmarts near me stink Those prices are great, though. I order most workouts online from Deep discount dvd or overstock.com. I order hard to find ones from Collagevideo.com

I read video reviews on videofitness.com and collagevideo.com. Once I get a list of videos I'm looking for, I check out ebay and deep discount.
