Bouncing Back......

We no longer have to fret or worry about our mishaps along the way.

We BOUNCE BACK.

We no longer have to punish ourselves.

We BOUNCE BACK.

We no longer have to feel guilty.

We BOUNCE BACK.

We don't have to start over, feel shame, worry that this won't work.

We BOUNCE BACK.

Isn't this the beauty of this program?

We learn thtat we can BOUNCE BACK.

Accept the pitfalls when they come, acknowledge them, learn from them and BOUNCE BACK.

Keep Dolly close at hand and rely on her when you feel alone, frustrated or scared.

House is all cleaned, dinner was fab, Chicken baked with a ww pasta filling, my Grand-Daughter is happy and all is well with my world in which I live.

Dr. Phil was interesting yesterday and today he picks 8 from the 13 to do HIS program.

Have a nice day today.

BOUNCING is a GOOD thing! :)

Good Morning, all! A special good morning to Grandma Marcie! You make me smile :D

Great message this morning! So often we sabotage our progress with guilt and self-recriminations...we have to let go of the guilt in order to change our lives! So, if you fall, get up! If you have a set back, bounce back! Just like a little rubber ball! :dizzy:

Gotta keep this short. The internet was out at work so I have to get the Boot Camp Challenge started before the troops go AWOL! :o: Am feeling the effects of my first "real" weight lifting session. I'm sore, but it feels good.

I hope you all have a wonderful, "bouncy" day! :grouphug:

Marcie, good message!
I was feeling terrible yesterday because I'd eaten some VERY bad food. But then I thought, "Wait a minute, Ellis. You've screwed up with the food, BUT you had a very good workout at the Y, you managed NOT to have a nap today, you've kept active all day long, and you've got an hour and a half of yoga this evening."
So yes, I'm regretting the food, but feeling very good about my activity. :)

Franny, don't you just love that "sore feeling"? Something is happening... :)

Happy day to everyone... :grouphug:

I am working very hard on bouncing back. Does a jiggle count?

Good message, Marcie, and very timely for me.

I expect that tomorrow I will bounce back from my birthday indulgence. Love the idea of bouncing or 'jiggling' or whatever.

Marcie : Thanks for your daily motivation. Will get right back OP tomorrow. Lizzie
