We got in 5.5 this muddy mucky morning. My legs felt like they weighted a hundred pounds with all that mud. :)

Monday-- 10 minutes stretches, 24 minutes lower body TBT.
Wasn't able to do thigh presses, so the time was shorter than a normal lower body workout. Used extra weight on the ones I could do though.

WTG Chrisd-- Yes, I am proud of you.....but better yet, aren't you proud of yourself??
