Default Stuck!

OK....I have been going along doing really quite well with my loss and now I am stuck! I can not seem to get losing again.

I am eating just about my point level --- usually a little below and not using flexpoints.

My exercise has stayed about the same.

Any suggestions on what I can do to get losing again?

Eat more! Use a few few flex points! This will up your metabolism. Add another 5 minutes to your exercise routine. It will work...I was at a stand still for a month, and this week I lost 2.8# by eating more!

As brontef said, "eat more." It sounds crazy, but your body will think it is being starved and will hold on to the fat!!

OK...as crazy as it sounds I did that. I ate all my flex points over a 2 day period and ended up losing 2 pounds this week. Who'd of thunk it?

Just like everyone said your body thinks it is starving. Eat up.

Most people find they lose better eating 2/3 - all of the Flex Points. I lose better if I eat all my Flex plus all my Activity points.
