Default how many times a week at Curves

I finally sucked it up and walked into a Curves today. I know alot of ppl go to Curves on this forum and I was wondering about how many days a week most go. The lady told me no more than 3 times a week and I was hoping to go more than that.

I try to go everyday. They say 3 days but they cant stop you from going 5. The owner here said she thought it was best to come as much as possible, especially when you first start. You will not be sore no matter how much you go. Just do what you feel is right for you.
Hope my .02 helps!!
