Sunday - abdominal tape
Monday - Gym - 5 minutes eliptical, upper body, 30 minutes on treadmill.
Not sure when I'll get back to the gym. I will be missing Wed. morning since Brittany has an early day at school that day, and I don't want to take Delaney to the gym that early; it's too crowded and overwhelming to her. I will probably go Friday and Saturday.

Monday...
Got in my 3 miles, barely. Stomach was killing me and Ididn't think I was going to make it. Couldn't handle the wt training though. Hit the couch and stayed there.

Hey all, i know I'm practically nonexistent anymore, but I wanted to let you know I walked 2 miles MOnday, 3 Tuesday, 3 today!!! I can't wait to get my CPU back!!!!

thursday, did 40 minutes of wt training and floor exercises. Did not get to walk.
Friday.... Got 2 miles in this morning before work.
Plan to walk tomorrow or Sunday morning too.
