Does anyone know of a downloadable program or site where I can type in the ingredients of a recipe and come up with the calories, fats, fibers, etc? I really have a hard time when cooking for my family, things like casseroles, etc., figuring out the point values on things. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know.

Other than the 'Recipe Builder' on the W/W site I know of none online. However you can usually find a copy of MasterCook (which is what I use) to load onto your computer for a rather decent price.
I know there used to be one site but I think it shut down.

This site -- Nutrition Analysis Tool 2.0 (http://www.nat.uiuc.edu/mainnat.html) -- is free and very cool once you get the hang of using it.
Check it out!

Does anyone know if FitDay.com lets you do this? My computer is so old that if I tried to load Mastercook I think it would explode!
I'm having the same problem when cooking for my family. I'm always wanting to try new recipes, and if I don't have the nutritional information, it makes it really hard. It can be done by hand, but that's really frustrating.
Thanks.
