Got to the gym today (Monday)
5 minutes on eliptical
upper body on circuit & free weights
30 minutes hi-lo on treadmill

One tired cookie this week. Only got in 3 last night. We walked 5 this morning. I think I need to start taking vitamins. :)

We had a great walk last night....5 more miles for the day. And we we able to get in 4 this morning. I hope the rain gives us a chance to walk this evening.

4.5 miles and I actually jogged a tad-boy, am I out of my realm when it comes to trying to jog again! :shrug:

Woo hoo!!! Not a day too soon..LOL It has been a week. We got in 5 miles this morning for a total of 43 miles this week. And I am pooped! We are taking a long break and not starting back till Monday unless we get to antsy before then. I think we need it. My mom thinks I'm wacky but I love my time outside and the company. Hopefully we will get out bikes before it gets too cold this winter. We want to try some biking to replace some of the walking.
WTG Deb getting in some jogging. I am so not there. I don't know if I ever will. I don't think these old joints want to.
Awesome Toni! Glad you were feeling better and could walk.

15 minutes Gazelle
100 sit ups
60 push ups (knees on floor)
lifted 10lb weights 80 each arm for the lovely back of the arm flab!
Im off til Monday! Unless I start feeling guilty! But then again, I am going to the Bucs game sunday and will have to walk at least a mile to the stadium...so that counts! A mile there and a mile back!

Last night (Thurs) did Ab tape with DH
Today (Fri) got to the gym - 5 minutes eliptical, upper body on circuit & weights, 30 minutes on treadmill
Tomorrow I will go to the gym early and do 5 minutes on eliptical, lower body on circuit and free weights & 30 minutes on treadmill.
