I had my doubts...especially since I am in a wheelchair and get little aerobic exercise. But by following Sugar Busters! combined with a 1000-1200 calorie healthy eating plan and I've lost TEN pounds in two weeks! Now I know I'm one of those women who lose big at first and slow down in subsequent weeks, so I don't expect to lose five pounds every week, but I am on my way.
The best thing is that after two weeks on Sugar Busters! I can honestly say my cravings for sweets are well on their way out the door!!!

TRUDY, CONGRATS on being one of the lucky people who have found that SB WORKS!
I do want to say that even though I haven't a clue how many pounds you need to lose, 1000-1200 calories is definitely NOT enough, not even for me when I got to goal. Please be careful and make sure you eat enough.
Do fee free to join us on the SB WEEKLY SUPPORT BOARD at any time.
Continued success!

Congratulations to you. That's quite an accomplishment. I've been on SB for one week and I believe I have lost about five pounds. Our scale is not entirely accurate.
Had buckwheat pancakes for breakfast with Simply Fruit by Smuckers. I will be going to the store for some more turkey and swiss for lunch.
What type of bread are you using? It's hard to find a "legal" bread without any sugar, molasses or honey. What do you suggest?
You're doing great. I hope I will do as well as you.

Wow!!! This sounds great!! I am kind of coming over to SB... :dizzy: I just picked up their new book at the library the other day, have been surfing the net for a while reading other people's SB site journeys or way of life and I like what I've been reading...
The SB eating plan seems like something I can accept a little more easier..
Denise.. ;)
