I have a question about WW meals. Now I heard that you need to stay within 20 or so points but Im just wondering where I can find further information on it - ie the point scale for body types etc.. Thanks!

The latest issue of WW magazine explains the entire Flexpoint plan (except the base target points ranges, which someone will give you ... your's would be higher than 20) and there's some info posted here and there on this site as well. WW's site has it, but you have to pay to get the specifics, so maybe the mag'd be your best bet. It's out on stand now. I'm doing the new plan and don't worry, you get LOTS more than 20 points on the plan. But I'll let a more experienced WW person answer your specifics. Just wanted to say hello!!! :wave:
