QWL Warning
I had a successful 10 months with QWL losing almost 100 lbs and actually did a few radio spots on my success. However, not soon after that I started having stroke-like symptoms and discovered my B-12 levels has bottomed out and began having thyroid problems. Please, please consult with your physician on a regular basis to make sure your body is cooperating with their program. I switched over to using the My Fitness Pal app on my phone and am able to see a list of the nutrients my body is getting every day. This way I can better control what is going into my body. Another 50 lbs to go and I feel great! Good luck to all!
