Default Weightloss Issue. Help Needed!

yesterday i tried a weight loss meal i want to know why it went wrong please help
it was in lunch
yogurt 100 grams with 2 small size apples and a banana
at first it was filling fo r 4 to 5 hours

also I felt energetic but after 6th hour i felt lethargic till next morning only in head area


kindly tell me what mistake did i make and how to avoid brain lathargic issue next time.

To me that seems like an awful lot of sugar, albeit natural, and not enough protein coupled with no veggies

I didnt add any sugar into this

and it was enough for me i didnt any veggies with that

I agree with IdealProteinNewbie, I call it a carb coma. Carbs make me very tired.
Please remember that some yogurts are much healthier then others.
Adding some healthy fats would help with satiety.
Good luck! Keep experimenting until you find what works for you.

I see we cross posted.
Fruit has a lot of natural sugars in it that still are sugars. Not saying fruit is bad but I limit my servings.
I just put your meal in MFP (granted I don't know what kind of yogurt...) it came up as 64 carbs and 42 grams of sugar.
Some like myself are more sensitive to carbs.
Not sure what plan you are following or any other important factors.
There are many on here who are much better informed then I am.

really that much carbs i thought it had very less carbs
how much sugar is ok for 24 hours
