make sure you're following the rules: water. protein, no carbs. get some exercise.
and if that doesn't work, then just relax. as long as you know that you're doing everything you can to stay on track, then it's just your body taking a break.
although some extra water never hurts. and some folks, when they hit serious stalls, increase their protein and exercise as well. this whole thing works very much like atkins, i think. except that it DOES WORK!!!!
but at 3 weeks, you're unlikely to have hit this kind of serious stall. as long as you're doing what you're supposed to, then it's just your body.
