Hey, guys sorry that last one was not fair. I was in a weight loss challenge at work so I dry fasted the weekend to win, after eating and drinking yesterday I am way back up, anyway....

Did you win the challenge at work? I have done 3-4 water cleanses for a day at a time. I also allow green tea and 1 cup of coffee with creamer. I couldn't imagine doing a dry fast, you are seriously amazing to have made it through the weekend, I would have buckled immediately!

Yes I did but now my body has to re-regulate and I imagine the fluctuations will happen for a while until I can stabilize at my "real" weight again. It was worth it though I'm 500$ richer for vacation coming right up :-)
