1 wheat toast - 50 cal
jelly - 50 cal

Lunch:
bowl of potato soup

Supper:
4 oz ribeye
small baked potato with sour cream
and cheddar cheese

Water: 72 oz

Exercise: 30 minutes cardio
(2 mile walking video)

white sauce - 200 cal
grilled chicken - 200 cal

Water: 70 oz

Exercise: 30 minutes cardio
(2 mile walk at the mall during lunch)
