Monday---

Well, I finally got my butt back on this thread. I did 32 minutes on the TM and just under 1 mile on the bike tonight. Just couldn't get up and do it this morning. So opted for later this afternoon.

DEB, TONI and TEENSY---Good to see you girls have already made it here. You all are doing great!!!

Monday: Gym - 5 minutes on eliptical (60 calories)
Lower body on circuit & weights
Treadmill - 30 minutes Hi-Lo (calorie readout was broken) - probably 175 calories.

Hubby & I did Ab tape last night.

It was raining to hard to walk but I did get 40 minutes of wt training and floor exercises in.

Kim, glad to see you back on here.

Pancho, WTG getting DH to do abs with you.

treadmill - hi/lo workout - 30 minutes

I tried to post earlier, but something wasn't working right...
yesterday:
2.2 miles elliptical machine
1 mile TM
pilates class(1 hr)

today:
1 mile elliptical
strength training circuit

Got in another 3.5 miles this evening with a neighbor - it was fun! She worked her butt off to keep up with me! She has no idea that I'm mistress of the DETOX DUNGEON and I can work her butt harder than she thinks!:s:

Proud of myself:D Got my butt up and out of the house by 5am so I could get in my 4.5 miles before I had to take the kids to school and go help my GF with the estate sale!

Friday-- 5 minutes stretches, 37 minutes lower body TBT.

Saturday-- 10 minutes stretches, 29 minutes upper body TBT.

Sunday--OFF!!

TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 30 1/2 miles:D

Plus one day of yoga:)
