I didn't make my goal for March but I was pretty active still, so I am going with the same goal for April

Goal: 1450 minutes

Minutes so far: 1210 minutes

Funny I posted here yesterday...or maybe I posted somewhere else again...with May around the corner miles is the goal this month! Last month was a bust. No excuses this month.

1 helped DS move home (exceeded step goal / stairs and never left the house)

29 1 hr 25 min cycling 20 miles (710 calories burned) 15 push ups, 25 squats, 10 lunges, 35 crunches, 45 sec plank, 30 jumping jacks

28 20 modified push ups, 20 squats, 10 lunges, 30 crunches, 40 second plank, 35 jumping jacks, 7 min jogging in place
