For the past six weeks, I've been doing the nutrisystem diet as well as cardio 5-6 times a week (consists of an 45 min treadmill, hour of zumba, and 30 min on bike, and weights). My weight is constantly going up and down and Im annoyed
Well, I just watched the movie ' fat, sick and nearly dead', and there are a ton of people who swearby fasting. I am thinking of doing this to kickstart my metabolism. Ive screwed up my metabolism for years by water fasting and ugh, i regret it.
So, I was wondering if anyone is into juicing and how often do you juice a day and if you can share any recipes, advice, so on.
Please help me out! I am so desperate to lose this weight that's hindered me from gaining confidence, self esteem and most important, loving myself the way i am. thanks!
