Alright time to make a new month's fitness thread. I did not hit my goal last month but was close will go for it again.

Goal: 1450 minutes
Minutes so far: 1285 minutes

I exceeded my minute goal for February. I am going to change it up for March: my goal is to exercise 5 out of 7 days, and at least 2 extra.

1- nada
2- aerobics
3- weights/aerobics
4- walking inside

5- walking outside (bonus points for how cold it was!! )

I didn't have a real goal other than to exceed January, which I did. Now to beat February!!! Goal to exceed 1366 minutes.....have some catching up to do as I did nothing while I was away.

6 30 min indoor cycling 6 miles

Yeah let's just say nothing about my hiatus lol

19 60 min indoor cycling 13 miles 10 minutes abs
20 30 min indoor cycling 6 miles
21 60 min indoor cycling 13 miles

Not a good month for me being consistent. Although my Fitbit does show more exercise than this for the month.

29 90 minutes outdoor cycling windy hills 20 miles 572 calories burned
