Hi everyone

I want to learn to drive and one of the best instructors in the area teaches in a Mini Cooper S which is a few years old. She really has a great reputation so I'd like to use her.

Just the name Mini makes me think I won't fit! Does anyone have any experience of these cars? I am a size 20-22 and carry my weight mainly around my stomach and bottom. I am quite agile in myself but don't want the humiliation of trying to squeeze into the car or not get the seatbelt on me. They seem pretty low off the ground and I don't want to struggle getting out.

I had a go in my husband's VW Golf and that was fine - roomy with lots of seatbelt to spare but I guess Mini are a lot smaller.

Any one who has one of these cars or has been in one - please tell me I'll fit ok!
