239.8 and a goal of 200lbs by May 18th
Hello!
So one week ago I was shopping for more jeans for the first time in almost a year....I had to go into the plus section for the first time of my life. Slap in the face wake up call! So I made a challenge for myself. I want to drop down to 200 by my birthday.
I am going to the gym twice a day with an average of 3hours total workout. Do any of you have any suggestions on supplements? I am on a LOW calorie diet I consume about 1100 calories a day, but I am not starving myself I promise. I am also eating plenty of protein and drinking 1/2 my body weight oz of water a day...that's right 120oz a day...I have to pee 24/7 but this morning after a WEEK I lost 3.2lbs! I want to keep this up, so any input is greatly appreciated. I am looking for a good preworkout boost/recovery boost.
