Hi all, new to this site...
Writing this "introduction" makes me feel awkward as i'm new to this, but here it goes...
I'm a man, so I hope that's cool. I've read dozens of posts from this site over time and figured I should join now as I embark on my new (and hopefully last) diet. Little about myself regarding weight....I was always a chubby child, then gained a lot of weight in high school, then I lost a lot of weight to join the Army, I was very healthy and fit during my time in the service, got out of the Army in 2012 and now i'm back to my old unhealthy ways. I hope you all can be that last little bit of motivation I need to stick to a program until I hit my goal weight.
