I never posted on here before so I don't know if i am doing this right, but i started insanity a month ago even though i feel a lot stronger my ankles are pretty sore, doing anything that rotates the use of the ankles, like running. I was wondering if anybody had this problem to. Should i take break and continue or should i do another workout?

Try Focus T25. I think its much more refined and well designed workout program.

I find your posts very worrisome. I can hear you crying out for help but have no way to help you. Have you spoken to a doctor who can refer you to an eating disorder specialist? I really hope you seek out some help. I deal with an eating disorder too and I know how heavy the burden is. All the best to you.
