New to the forum :)
Hi everyone! I am a 42 year old mother of one. I have spent a lot of the past 10 years struggling with my weight. I am soon to be divorced and have spent the past year working on myself.
I am looking to begin competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu later this year and would like to finally get to a healthy weight. This will help me move into a lower weight class as well as just make my game even stronger.
Hoping to meet some like minded people for support in making better decisions (especially when it comes to food!).
