I don't understand what my body is doing, lol.
So I've been working harder than usual for the past two weeks and have actually made significant efforts in eating healthy and exercising. I even started calorie counting again and developed my own workout routine, and while I haven't figured out all the "kinks" yet, I'm slowly but surely getting back into real weight-loss mode. I've even started noticing small changes in the way my body looks -- my torso is less flabby and my stomach isn't sagging quite so much, and my back is looking a little flatter. But, I haven't lost any inches! And the scale has been fluctuating a lot over the past week so I don't really know what my weight is. I need to just weigh once a week to get a solid idea of what my weight is doing -- right now its a mess, lol. I just don't understand -- it's like my body is "preparing" to change but it's not actually doing so.
I'm trying to develop better strength and flexibility so I can be better at dance and yoga work outs. Can you guys recommend any workouts for that?
The past couple weeks have felt like such a blur. It's like I've just been moving on autopilot. I don't know what all this means but I'm ready for something to happen. Does anyone else understand how I'm feeling?
