I'm really lost on what works to burn fat. I'm hearing so much. Hope I could get some help here. To hear from people who have actually done it.
It would be nice if we could create a place where people can just ask their number one question. Like the one that they would kill to have an answer for haha. I know I have a couple.

How do I maintain my diet in the weekends? That's when I'm most vulnerable to fall back.
