Default Let's help each other

Hello Ladies!

I'm really lost on what works to burn fat. I'm hearing so much. Hope I could get some help here. To hear from people who have actually done it.

It would be nice if we could create a place where people can just ask their number one question. Like the one that they would kill to have an answer for haha. I know I have a couple.

Let me kick it of:
How do I maintain my diet in the weekends? That's when I'm most vulnerable to fall back.

Jasmine: Weekends are the worst! I use a calorie counting app and I make myself log everything, even on the weekends. I think it helps to keep us mindful of what we're consuming while we're on a different schedule. I use myfitnesspal.
