S/C/G: size 18 to 8...75 pounds gone

Height: 5'6"

Default Originally lost in 2010, maintained 4 years, rough year, restarting, remember me?

Wondering if any of my original peeps are kicking around. I originally lost 75 pounds back in 2010. I maintained for 4 years and then gained during the last year. I am up 46 pounds of the 75 I lost (boo hoo). I have tried to restart so many times and failed. Something clicked in my head and I am so ready to do this. I hope to be back to my low weight by the time I go to Florida April 14th. I have a long weekend to Vegas the beginning of March and plan to follow Atkins those 3 days.

I hope some of you are still around, I need some company!!!!

Hi Darbs! I remember you and I am occasionally around here. I am back for a small "New Years / Post Holiday" reboot. I am up 10# since Oct, so I am starting on P1 today to try to get these extra pounds off.

I lost 30 pounds in 2010 but as of today have gained all of it back. I loved this forum in 2010 it was so motivating. It doesn't seem as active now. I hope it picks up.
Good luck everyone.

There seem to be a few of us from the very active 3FC of the past who are coming together - the Reboot thread has a number of familiar screen names - I am so glad!

This 3FC forum was critical to my success before and I plan to come here and post regularly again - it's good for me! and I think others benefit too from the group motivation and sharing.

We can do this!

good to see some familiar names. I was so good for 4 years. The last year (2016) took its toll on me...I went into 2016 up 20 pounds and gained another 25 during the year. I have been so disappointed in myself but I feel so motivated. Hoping to lose 60 by June for my trip to Iceland.

Hi everyone,

I'm back from losing in 2013. I had a baby boy six months ago. I got to 160 and I am currently 141.0. I'd like to lose 20 lbs for end of March spring break and wedding to attend. Lets see. I was never successful on re-boots so I had to start hitting the gym and yoga sculpt pretty hard. I will be exercising during my re-boot.

if I don't I will lose momentum and quit again....I'm doing well so I really cant see stopping completely.

Thx for keeping posts going.... I enjoy reading them so much.

Yesterday was Day 1 and I suffered. I did orangetheory after work and my heart rate was blowing up literally. I don't know if I should keep going or if I will have a heart attack. Ill play it by ear I guess.

Nice to see all your posts again... and all the familiar faces.

xoxo

Today is day 3...I peeked at the scale and I have lost less than 1 pound (after 2 days), but the weird part is I always drop 4-5 pounds the first 2-3 days. Oh well, I won't get discouraged...I have been 100%.....first time in over 2 years I have followed Phase 1 perfect

we all know the 'game' right>? and how all of a sudden it will be a big loss... don't sweat it and like it or not we are all a year or more 'older ' now, so it does affect loss as well. Just don't give up

Darbs I don't remember you but I'm an old name back to 3FC too. I had great luck here in 2012. I am ready for a repeat! Good Luck!

I remember you. Good luck this time. I can lose weight but I need to figure out why I lose my motivation to keep it off. I swore when I lost 30 pounds there is no way I would gain it back. Oh well, here is to a new beginning. Good luck everyone.

I am going to "reboot" again as well. 2016 was very difficult for me. My sister lost her battle with Lupus and lung cancer. I know she is in a better place but there is a hole in my heart.
