I have started this thread for anyone to try and keep track of your first 5 lb (or continuous) loss and to see how long it takes (or short! ) Post as often as you wish. Just an idea for tracking.
Oh I am so close to losing 5 lbs. Induction time with ATKINS is such a great motivator! Not only does the harmful excess water get eliminated, your mind sees the scale move big time and it just reinforces the attitude! LOVE IT!
