Food Talk And Fabulous Finds - Questions about recipes that call for cream

Hi all, I'm new here and wasn't sure where exactly to post this question so I figured in the recipe section would be best. I was looking through some of the recipes on here call for cream, or heavy cream (as in the low carb section).

I hope this doesn't sound silly.. but what kind of cream?? :o
