Default 10 Days In The Life Boat #188

Welcome to the latest segment of 10 Days In The Life Boat.

This is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

Grab an oar and join us doing our best to not fall out of the boat and get wet. We need to meet our goals to stay dry.

Picking up oars and rowing ... and boy do I need to row
Goals -
1 stick to and eat all dailies... or at lest within 3 when working out
2. water still - managed to last 3 days drink my 1.5 litre bottle
3 meet the fit points set this week .. at least 10,000 steps + per day
4 sleep well ... and 7 hours per night just do not seem to sleep for 8

hi j-ann (Judy)
good goals but on work out days occasionally we need to have a little more to counter the extra calories to keep out of survival mode -- unless the plan there is loading up with 0 points foods??? Glad your dry

todays update - points dot on all dailies no weeklies
water drank ... err in evening so lots of up to loo tonight eek
walked 20,000 steps today

Dry again yesterday. Rowed hard and even got in a bit of exercise doing errands. I have bad knees. Today I'm paying the price for yesterday. "ouch."

Still dry and rowing my way into 2017. No celebrating, here. I'll be sound asleep when it arrives.

Happy New Year to my fellow rowers. May 2017 be a healthy one for all of us.

Scotsgal, new leg begins on the 5th.

I took a dive into the water over the weekend. I'm back aboard and determined to stay in my seat.
