Default First Time Dieter Looking for support!

Hey!

So I'm a 20-something female. All my life I was (I'm really sorry to say!) that skinny kid that could eat anything and not gain weight. Then I ended up with chronic migraines and depression, and the medication caused me to gain LOADS of weight. Now I'm trying to lose it, but it's really difficult so I could use some tips and support.

Currently trying the keto diet, but at the moment slipping up often when I haven't planned far enough in advance. Also trying to get more exercise, including running (haha) and possibly trampolining as I enjoyed it when I was younger.

Would be nice to hear from anyone!

I'm sure you'll find all the support you need here. Good Luck.

Hi there,
Planning ahead is a huge help, but easier said than done. Also try a food tracker app/website. That has helped me in the past. I use my fitness pal, but there are others.

you can find a used fitbit on ebay. i find mine quite motivating, and its better when you get the app and can compete against friends for step goals.
