Thumbs up New Member

Hi,

I am a new member to this site.

I have been on my journey for 1 years now starting at 260 in January I lost some but gained some of it back. When I lost my confidence and stopped working with my trainer.

I am currently dealing with back issues pretty much putting any exercise at a standstill.

I look forward to reading everyone's messages they are all so unique.

So here I go..........

Hey Welcome!!

Well done on taking the plunge back into the world of weight loss, Just remember that losing weight is 80% diet and only 20% exercise. So if you work on getting your diet to suit you in a way that will allow you to see results on the scales, then working out will be the added bonus!

Take a little look around the site and see if you find a couple of groups that tickle your fancy

Welcome I know the harsh reality of the weightloss yo-yo. About 5 years ago I lost 60lbs and have gained much of it back again. I, too, had to start the mountain climb again knowing how good it feels to have peaked it. I'm about 6 weeks in and am down 20lbs, so I'm pretty happy with that progress and am pretty motivated to keep going. Glad to have you in the community. This is the BEST place/forum for support, questions, and tips for weightloss. I have never encountered anyone here who is anything but encouraging. Good luck on your journey
