Hi and welcome! I just joined a few days ago also. good luck with the IP diet. I never heard of it before until I read a post about it on this board the other day. I called for information at a local physician that offers their diet just out of curiosity. When I asked about pricing, the girl that I talked to started with "let me warn you, it's expensive!" then told me the price and she was right. But it seems like it's a great option for those who can afford it. I wish I could afford it.So, I am doing a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. every so often I will switch up to low carb. Then once in a while I will do a cheat day with calorie counting when I stall. I found that approach works for me, at least the last time I lost weight. I just don't know how to maintain after dieting, that's my downfall. I haven't done a cheat day yet, today is day number 9 of my diet. Anyway , welcome!
