Hello there everyone,

My name is Elvin and I have been on the IP diet for about 8 months now. It has been difficult and rewarding doing this diet. I have had to research the diet extensively and do my own version of support by looking at youtube videos of other members across the country. My diet clinic is awesome at helping me reach my goals, but they frown on support materials or talking with others in the clinic. I have no idea why, but sometimes you just need to hear something good, or someone there that understands what you are going through as well. So that is why I signed up here, to join this community and learn from others examples. Love the site so far and see so many successful people.

Hi and welcome! I just joined a few days ago also. good luck with the IP diet. I never heard of it before until I read a post about it on this board the other day. I called for information at a local physician that offers their diet just out of curiosity. When I asked about pricing, the girl that I talked to started with "let me warn you, it's expensive!" then told me the price and she was right. But it seems like it's a great option for those who can afford it. I wish I could afford it.So, I am doing a ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting. every so often I will switch up to low carb. Then once in a while I will do a cheat day with calorie counting when I stall. I found that approach works for me, at least the last time I lost weight. I just don't know how to maintain after dieting, that's my downfall. I haven't done a cheat day yet, today is day number 9 of my diet. Anyway , welcome!
