Hi Chickies!

Has anyone followed The Protein Power Plan?? I have been reading about it but of course I am one of those dieters that thrive off of success stories. I'm looking to lose about 30pds by Jan 1 2004 and I am trying to something with postive results, but healthy!

Okay, I bought the book last night for only $11... all the others were so expensive! Don't you ever think that when it's more expensive then it "has to work?" hehehe. Anyways I'm going to try this. It seems interesting enough. I did the Subway thing for two weeks, lost 7 pounds but if I see another sub I'm going to SCREAM! I will fill you all in when I'm done learning about it.

Goal is to lose 30pds by December 25th!! *Gulp*

Protien Power is the diet I used to loose over 100lbs. I did Atkins for a while, and am now back to PP. PP is very similar to Atkins, but I find it works better for me.

Excellent on the PP loss!!!

That makes me feel so much better because nobody has responded to my post and I was thinking I was buying into another let down. I started reading the book this weekend and it's very interesting. I lost 50pds on Atkins a few years back and found that it was so restrictive and then as soon as went off and ate carbs I ballooned.

How long did it take for the 100pds to drop? I am looking to lose about 100pds myself! Any tips?
