Default Regained some

Hi! I lost about 80 pounds in 2011, 100 from what had been my highest point. I've regained 30 since 2013 due to various reasons (injuries, illness, etc) but really, when it comes down to it, I've been eating more than I should have. As of last week I started doing what I know works for me, tracking calories and working out regularly. I hoped that what worked then works now. I can only imagine that it might take longer now than 5 years ago, but I am in no rush and time will pass anyway, so here I go! I've always told folks that for me, maintaining is harder than losing. I hope I can do a better job next time around.

Charin, glad you've posted here. Come and join us on the Lose It! thread. You'd be very welcome. We all know how hard it is to lose again.
