Hi everyone!
I don't have a particular story to tell, other that this is (I think) my third time introducing myself on this forum. I've lost weight thanks to this forum (I had lost 20 lbs!), and spiralled back to more than what I weighed originally due to stress, anxiety, and a few life changes.
I'm here to say that I'm not giving up and that despite what's going on, there's still a strong will to be healthy both for myself, and my friends and family.
I'll be going back to a whole foods (hopefully) plant based diet. I've been trying LCHF for a while but it brings me no joy.
