I am back for he 20th time! Since I have been gone I've had two little boys and gained 20 pounds. I want to lost weight now for me. To feel better and not be afraid to do things I feel like my weight is holding me back from.

Does anyone have any supplements they recommend to help curb appetite and carb blocking? Has anyone tried Garcinia Cambogia? I read a little post about it but it was all over the place.

Thanks for any help. It is much appreciated

Welcome back, I know it must be hard to keep up with two little boys at a very heavy weight. It will be important in the future to think about how you want to be with them when they play and how you are modeling behaviors for them to follow. I wish I could go back in time and show my daughter a better a way, now she is a heavy teenager because she is doing what she did growing up.

Anyway, sorry - no supplement recommendations. I am thinking about taking some vitamin D, as I think I have been inside a lot this last year and I eat chia seeds, maybe another person can give some insight into what they are taking supplement wise?

Thank you so much for your response! As I am getting older (39) I am having a lot more joint, knee and leg pain. I also find myself not wanting to do some fun things because I am afraid I will hold everyone back. I need to do this for me! I know I can do it! I am just trying to take it one meal at a time!

oh, if anyone has any good recommendations for joint pain when you are trying to start exercising at a heavier weight, I'm all ears too! I am sidelined today because knee and foot pain today. But remember in the meantime, you lose the weight, mostly on the plate.
