I am back after a several year hiatus. I am ready to get and give support on this wonderful journey back to health!
I am 43 and have about 10-15 lbs to lose. To do it I am counting calories and running and strength training 5-6 days a week.
One question I have for any calorie counters in this group is how many calories do you get a day? I see conflicting things. I've seen that you shouldn't go under 1200 a day but the app that I use (Lose It!) says I should be eating about 1150 a day and even with that the weight is coming off very slow.
