Question How to count juices (Reboot with Joe)

Good morning! I am starting WW SP this weekend after losing 60 pounds on a combination of South Beach and Reboot with Joe but hitting a plateau - gotta do something different I think. My husband really enjoys the juices from the Reboot with Joe cookbook and I like to have one a day for the nutritional boost I feel from them. I tried to figure out how to count them on SP and even though all they have in them are fruits and veggies I don't feel like counting them as 0 is proper. I use a masticating juicer so I still have some of the fiber in the juice but the really dry insoluble fiber is extracted. Does anyone have any experience in figuring out SP for these types of juices? How about smoothies? Here's a typical recipe for one 16-18 ounce juice:

2 oranges
1 apple
1/2 cucumber
4 ounces spinach
2 celery stalks

Thanks in advance if anyone has any thoughts on this!

Default

On the recipe builder online, Weight Watchers counts the fruits and vegetables that are in a drink because it eliminates chewing and doesn't give the same amount of fullness as eating would.

So, basically use the nutritional info for the recipe and then use the calculator to determine the points. You could put those ingredients into the recipe builder and check at the bottom that it is a drink and it will count them.
