Im really happy to have finally decided to lose weight, but of course i wanted a kick start so when I saw south beach I was in. I love protein food too so it's the best one I've seen.
I'm a little hesitant on the first 14 day (but ready!) Any tips or advice from people who've done it?
Best advice is to read the book if you have not done so already. For me planing is key. I bring my food to work which takes time but the benefits have been quite rewarding. I sleep better, feel better and am more active in my 40's than in my 20's. The recipes here are great too! Welcome and good luck
