Sorry these are so big, I can't work out how to make them smaller.
Anyway, first pic is a fortnight before I started losing weight on 1st June 2015.
Second pic is a couple of weeks ago at around 70lbs down, now 75lbs down.
June to December, I lost about 65lbs.
January to May, it was trickier because the diabetes dietician encouraged me to eat more starch carbs than I had been doing but carbs are a real binge trigger for me, so it's been 5 months of re-gain and re-loss.
I started following The Harcombe Diet, a UK-based lower carb way of eating, and have lost 7.4lbs in 33 days. Hopefully I'm on track again!
