I know that exercising would help my weight loss out so much but since I had my twins I have zero urine retention. If i so much as walk briskly I leak how can I get my heart rate up without having to run to the restroom or change my pants??? please help this is embarrassing and is making the weight loss an even bigger challenge!

Short term - Try wearing a tampon when you workout. The tampon provides a little extra support to the pelvic floor and can help with the leakage. Just make sure to remove immediately after!

Long term - some of it will improve with time, some can improve with pelvic floor exercises, and oddly squats (although squats can be VERY problematic UNTIL you get stronger).

Wear dark wicking shorts so you don't get chafe or hold urine near your skin, walkoutside and change immediately when you get home.

75 minutes of intense activity or 150 minutes of moderate activity per week are the minimum requirements. Every day, or every other day, should include some form of cardio exercise. Reduce the amount of time you spend lying down or sitting still, and mix up long periods of inactivity with occasional movement.
