Spray a cookie sheet. Then slice potato into fry shape put seasonings on potato and put into a 350. cook until tender.

I've tried several others, to get that cajun taste, and nothing else really came close. Konriko Hot 'n Spicy Creole Seasoning (this stuff: http://www.cajungrocer.com/images/aisle/1002_a.gif) was particularly -- how do you say? -- well I just couldn't stop coughing... I've also tried Tony Chachere's (this stuff: http://www.cajungrocer.com/images/aisle/2001_a.gif) and it wasn't as good either.
