Default New !!!
Today is my first day on my weight loss journey. I am at my heaviest which is 241.2. I am so excited about this support group! I have been struggling with obesity and depression and anxiety most of my life and I will be 50 in November. My birthday gift to myself is to reach my goal weight of 165. I will post my weights weekly. I am so looking forward to reaching my goal and breaking from this prison that I am In. I am also looking forward to any and all support from you guys!! God bless
