Default New weight loss Challenge Memorial day to July 4th

I have made a public spread sheet for a new challenge which anyone can view and edit. if you would like to take part in the challenge then add you name and your starting weight may 30th and each week you weigh in with your weight or losses it is up to you. It is just a fun thing to keep us all motivated together.

You' re right, May 30. Either my brain is fried or I'm wishing the summer away...I have a good excuse, planning a trip to Key West in the fall so that's where my minds at!

I signed up! Also, I added a second sheet hoping folk will be interested after this challenge in a July 4th to Labor Day (September 5th) Challenge! We can do this!!!

I also added formulas so there is no need for participants to type in the green box(es)...those the sheet automatically calculates. Each weigh-in, only put your loss in numbers for that week. For example, for a loss of 2 pounds, you would place "2" in the yellow box corresponding to your name and the week. If there is ever a gain (hopefully not!), you would place a negative sign before the number. So it's sort of the opposite. For example, for a gain of 1 pound, you would place "-1" in the yellow box corresponding to your name and week. By doing this, the green box(es) will automatically calculate and give you the accurate results of where you are in the challenge and your weight loss.

I did it too! We have a big party every Summer near the 4th of July. This year's is July 9th. I was hoping to be close to my halfway mark by the party (which would be 185). I've been on IP for 4 weeks and I'm down 13 pounds so far, so likely I'll be somewhere between 190 and 195 by the party, but I'll still take it! This will help with some extra motivation. Thanks for making this!

Well, I've joined up too. Hopefully I will have lost some by the time I get to May 30th (favorite niece's grad on June 3 and big family & friends party on the 4th). Also I want to be back into all of my clothes by the time it's real bikini weather.

Thanks Monica for starting this. I'm on my 60 day countdown and will re-evaluate then. I've got a few trips planned in late-June and July so I'm trying to decide if I should phase off and then re-boot again in late-July. I think when I get closer I'll have a better handle on what I want to do. I know I feel real good right now on ketosis and also without the carbs. Hope everyone is doing well and off we all go for another wave of IP and/or alternatives (whatever you are doing).
