I have done all of the above. Not daily, but maybe once or twice a week. I don't think it slows my losses, but we're all different.
I also sub 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites for a packet once or twice a week. Why would I use an omlette package if I can eat what's in my fridge? I don't know if that's strictly O.P. anymore, but it used to be. Just thought I'd mention it since you say you stay full longer with the egg.
