Default Splitting up Protein?

Hi all!

Wondering what others experiences are. My coach has recommended that I not split up my 8oz of protein, but do as protocol states and eat it all at dinner. I really don't have a problem eating it all at dinner most nights, but I'm also fine with less. I had one egg with my breakfast yesterday and noticed how much longer I felt full and satisfied than after just a packet. Do any of you split the protein, and have you noticed any changes in the amount you lose per week?

My coach said its fine to split up if I want/need to.

Most days I do 8oz for dinner but sometimes I'll do 4oz/4oz or 2oz/6oz.

I'm only 6weeks in but have lost every week so I guess it's working!

I have done all of the above. Not daily, but maybe once or twice a week. I don't think it slows my losses, but we're all different.
I also sub 1 whole egg + 2 egg whites for a packet once or twice a week. Why would I use an omlette package if I can eat what's in my fridge? I don't know if that's strictly O.P. anymore, but it used to be. Just thought I'd mention it since you say you stay full longer with the egg.

That's interesting. I might try an egg a couple of days this week and see how it goes. Only lost 7 pounds this last month ... Have 30 to go... So maybe switching things up might help. I don't know.
