Default It doesn't make sense!

Hey guys new here, really need some help.
Trying to lose the weight I put on due to (probable) binge eating disorder, about 2lbs.
Recently turned vegan for many reasons and loving it.
I'm 152lbs- 5'3'' and have lost 9lbs in about a month and a half but these past two weeks NOTHING. I have a Fitbit and it's recorded I'm burning around 2300-2700 calories a day- I go the gym, do cardio and weights, recently bought a bike, trying long distance rides- 10-20 miles and am generally active anyway (college, work) I eat 1500-1700 calories a day depending on what activity I've done. am I doing something wrong? it's getting so frustrating to be putting in 100% and getting nothing back. Any advice?

As odd as this might sound, it's possible you're not eating enough. If you are burning substantially more than you're eating, then your body is going to trigger starvation mode and cause you to hold on to fat as reserves. You want to eat around 500 calories less than you're burning IMO.

Equally, a lot of exercise will result in muscle gain. Muscles weigh a lot more than fat, so while you're not losing weight, you may still be losing fat. Take a waist measurement to see if that is going down at all.

Hope this helps!

Yep. This. I just had this for weeks. I did everything right, ate less than I burned, exercised and lost nothing. Nowt. Not an ounce. It happens, it's a plateau and it sucks. However, just stick at it and it you will suddenly start to lose again. I think it's just your metabolism trying to figure out what is going on.
