Hi everyone, I'm new here. I'm almost 38 and have a 5 year old son. I've been overweight since I hit puberty, never having any luck. I'm currently at 290, my heaviest ever. My lowest adult weight was around 165 in my 20s when I did a lot of unhealthy things. My main problem is carbs. They seem to turn right into fat!! I've been using Plexus for about a month and it's awesome. I've lost 2 inches from my waist and my cravings are so much better. But I don't seem to have as much mental motivation as I should. I feel like 20 years of this has my brain kind of hopeless and full of negative thinking! So that's why I'm here, to see if I can try a little harder and get myself more positive and into everything. Hi and welcome. I too have been overweight since a young age. I've never heard of Plexus, I'll have to look it up, but I'm glad you've found something that is working for you.
As for mental motivation, I guess it's different for everybody. Whether your motivation is setting an example for your son, trying to stave off weight related health issues, wanting to look better and get fit for confidence, etc. I'm sure you'll find your drive.
