I am marking 1 full year from starting my serious weight loss/keep off journey. I have been following the South Beach way of eating and have eliminated things not good for my body for a full year. I decided when I hit a year, I would celebrate with the one thing I have missed the most. I have lost a total of 77 pounds. I had lost 6 before I got really serious and lost the rest. I still am planning to drop a few more, but I am very happy with the progress I have made.
